Job Details

100% remote!

Experience developing HR strategies around performance management, and hiring.

General operations management experience in defining measurable KPI's around our employee's satisfaction and job completion ability.

Experience helping a company through the IPO process. This role will, in many ways, be the lead administrator between the auditors, company, and public markets.
