Job Description
This position will report directly to the President of Media and will work hand-in-hand with them on major financial issues and Inmar Intelligence’s Media strategies relating to performance, pricing and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall leadership of financial planning, analysis and overall enhancement of profitability of the Media division.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Identify and lead financial analysis to support strategic decision making needs, including pricing and packaging, business model optimization, organizational efficiency initiatives, sales effectiveness, revenue and EBITDA forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Responsible for setting SOPs and policies to ensure the team is operating in an efficient and controlled manner
  • Lead the Media effort on operational finance issues, including identifying, analyzing and implementing projects or processes to improve financial efficiency and cost improvements.
  • Responsible for developing and producing effective dashboard reporting to deliver effective financial and operational reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to effectively and actively manage the business.
  • Support the Media business unit with management and leadership of the Finance and Compliance function. Serve as Media lead for coordinating with Corporate teams on efforts related to Sarbanes-Oxley, financial operations process improvement, audit and SSAE, etc.
  • Coordinate with leaders to identify opportunities and potential investments in the Media M&A and strategic partnership space. Support efforts to capture enterprise value associated with these efforts including post-merger integration.
  • Work as a key member of the Media Leadership Team to set and implement business strategy, pricing, contract negotiations, and operational profitability. Drive discipline and optimization in cost management, capability investment and revenue optimization.
  • Work to develop and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization with specific goals for improving the quality and cost of servicing clients in both the corporate and warehouse setting.
  • Partner with the President of Media and the CFO to lead the organization in achieving financial strategy and results, and optimizing enterprise value.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of financial leadership experience in the media industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA strongly preferred) in finance, accounting or business.
  • A demonstrated penchant for creativity, strategy and business transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate to Senior level leaders both orally and in written format
  • Strong passion, high energy and enthusiasm for solving business challenges.
  • Proven track record to drive results by leading comprehensive analysis and planning, decision making and establishment of accountability. Comfort and passion for challenging and leading teams to improve execution and outcomes.

The hiring range for this job in New York City is $178,531 to $237,999 and the salary can fluctuate based on geographic location and qualifications. Pay is based on several factors which may include, but are not limited to education, work experience, certifications, labor markets, etc. This role includes an opportunity for company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Core Company Performance Bonus Plan. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. The actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
