POSITION SUMMARY:

Aprimo is seeking an experienced marketing leader to take on the role of managing a digital demand generation and pipeline growth engine. The ideal candidate should possess a unique blend of strategic thinking and execution expertise, with a proven track record of bringing together go-to-market teams to achieve ambitious targets.

The successful candidate will also have a direct, hands-on understanding and experience of how to build integrated digital and content strategies that map to the customer buying journey, create personalized experiences that resonate with target customers, and attract and convert new audiences to Aprimo.


WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Additional responsibilities and duties as required
  • Regularly communicate status, projected performance, KPIs and ROI to stakeholders
  • Manage teams responsible for ABM, digital, customer marketing, field marketing and business development
  • Continuously improve and streamline lead qualification and handoff processes between S/BDRs and Account Executives
  • Lead, manage, and inspire a team of BDRs and SDRs, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize their potential
  • Own demand strategy and execution for Aprimo across all geo segments and tactics across paid and owned media channels to generate pipeline and revenue
  • Share analytics and results with the broader team on a regular basis
  • Continuously improve messaging and positioning based on B/SDR analytics
  • Leverage demand generation and nurturing tactics to accelerate existing pipeline and help to close revenue faster
  • Management of project related budgets and responsibility for tracking and monitoring campaign performance and spend
  • Be a thought leader for integrated campaigns and best practices
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to generate qualified leads and drive new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & WHY YOU’RE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE:

  • You are deeply analytical, and metrics driven
  • Strategic thinker who can set the overall direction for the demand initiatives
  • Deep understanding of various marketing channels including events, webinars, paid search, SEO, ABM, paid social, nurturing, etc.
  • Growth mindset with results-driven approach to marketing (testing, measuring, iterating)
  • Technical expertise in the MarTech Stack including technologies like; Salesforce, HubSpot. 6sense, Qualified, Mutiny
  • Team player and dedicated people manager passionate about learning and coaching
  • Strong track record of driving leads and funnel conversion programs
  • You have previous experience with hiring, training and scaling teams
  • Extensive experience in managing a B2B demand generation and Business Development teams
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Account-Based Marketing
  • Previous experience working closely with a B2B sales team to achieve revenue goals
  • 10+ years of experience with enterprise B2B SaaS marketing

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to communicate with others to exchange information, including conveying detailed or important spoken instructions to others accurately, loudly, or quickly
