: Lead Generation Specialist (Commission-Only)

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on a commission-only basis. As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to scout for leads online, categorize them, and maintain a CSV file to track their progress. This is a flexible role that allows you to work remotely, set your own schedule, and earn unlimited commissions based on successful lead conversions.

Responsibilities:

Lead Scouting: Utilize various online platforms, social media channels, industry forums, and other relevant sources to identify potential leads that align with our business objectives.

Lead Categorization: Evaluate and classify leads into two categories based on their potential value and conversion type: a) Recurring Percentage Leads: Identify leads that can lead to recurring business opportunities, generating a commission for you each month upon successful conversions. b) Larger Contract Leads: Recognize high-value leads that result in larger one-time payouts upon the completion of contracts.

Data Entry: Maintain an organized and up-to-date CSV file to keep track of all the leads you have identified and their current status in the conversion process.

Communication: Coordinate with our sales team to ensure that leads are effectively followed up, and any necessary information is provided to facilitate conversions.

Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed lead generation targets to maximize commission earnings.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. We welcome individuals with a passion for lead generation and a drive to succeed.

Self-Motivated: This role demands a high level of self-discipline and motivation to succeed since you will be working independently without direct supervision.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using online platforms, social media, and data entry tools is essential. Knowledge of CSV file management will be beneficial.

Result-Oriented: You must possess a strong desire to achieve and surpass targets, earning lucrative commissions through your efforts.

Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with the sales team and maintaining a seamless lead conversion process.

Time Management: As a flexible role, the ability to manage your time efficiently and work when and where you want is vital to excel in this position.

Compensation: This is a commission-only position. You will earn a percentage-based commission for every successful lead conversion, depending on the lead type:

• Recurring Percentage Leads: Earn a monthly commission for the duration of the business relationship.
• Larger Contract Leads: Receive a substantial one-time commission upon the completion of the contract.
