VP CREDIT ADMINISTRATION AND SPECIAL ASSETS OFFICER Review, evaluate, and make recommendations on proposed upgrade or downgrade of credits for CRE, construction, C&I, SBA and home mortgage, and other consumer loans for compliance with risk rating guidelines; Monitor/review existing accounts to detect potential problems and suspicious activities; Monitor borrowers' debt repayment history given amount of debt, interest rates, and available funds; Analyze borrowers' overall financial condition to create debt management plans, spending plans, or budgets to assist customers to meet financial obligations; Provide training and support to staff members in the department.
