Job Description

Our client, a prominent NYC Real Estate firm seeks a dynamic VP Asset Management with strong Office expertise for their growing portfolio

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee a portfolio of commercial assets, implementing value-add repositioning strategies including redevelopment and capital improvement
  • Manage assets and relationships with any joint venture operating agreements, loan documents and third-party agreements
  • Manage the implementation of the annual business plan for each property including development of leasing objectives, operating and financial budgets, maximizing NOI
  • Facilitate the leasing process, including negotiating leases and working directly with legal on execution

Requirements include:

  • Knowledge of Real Estate software (Yardi or MRI & Argus a+)
  • Strategic mindset with ability to enhance asset value
  • 10+ years’ experience asset management experience, preferably in the office real estate sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Salary $175K-$225K + Bonus
