About the Team:
Pandora North America is growing and building a best-in-class Visual Merchandising team to support our vast network of stores.
This role supports all VM tasks and activities tied to new stores as well as our internal teams.
Your Role as a Visual Merchandising Specialist:

• Assists in the planning/scheduling of the NYC elevated exterior installs.
• Partners with Manager to adapt floor plans as needed for new and existing Pandora stores utilizing InDesign and/or Illustrator.
• Works cross functionally with Retail Operations and Sales teams to ensure our corporate objectives are being met.
• Communicate & Train the in-store teams on Visual Merchandising Display and POSM as needed.
• Limited air travel or overnight stays out of NYC.
• Visually supports our network of Pandora stores and multi brand dealers in the NYC area.
• Supports new store opening orders for Visual Merchandising displays and POSM.
• Partners with the Creative and Go-To-Market teams on planning and execution.
• Weekly visits to key and targeted NYC stores.
• Conduct & Maintain store visit checklists that are to be used a follow up with SM, DM & RD.
• Responsible to support the VM claims mailbox from our field and store teams related to POSM damages and replacements.
• Partners with the PR team on events as needed form a VM POV.

What is needed to succeed:

• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
• 5 + years of experience in Visual Merchandising
• Experience in timeline & project management
• Flexibility
• Ability to work in fast paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in merchandise planning
• Problem solver
• Excellent communicator – written & verbal
• Preferred field of study in Visual Merchandising, Retail, and store planning

• 5 + years of experience in Retail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Suite, In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Experience in a field based Visual Merchandising position

NYC Salary : $60,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience
