Pay Range: $46,071 - 57,128 annually

Do you have an eye for design and display? If so, we have the perfect job for you! As NFM’s Visual Display Assistant Manager you will be responsible for managing the visual display staff and coordinating the store appearance daily; to ensure a visually appealing environment that inspires our customers.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Assist
• Conduct monthly staff meetings to share appropriate information and develop agendas Communicate:
• Remain in contact with the advertising and sales teams to coordinate merchandise for displaysCollaborate:
• : Assist in developing layouts, themes, colors and props to be used in displaysDesign
• Recruit, hire, coach, train, discipline and support company polices Manage:
• Complete timekeeper functions, set performance objectives and schedule staff to meet customer and business needs Schedule:
• : Actively work on process improvement and ensure “back of house” is kept organized and that all props, supplies and tools are stored in designated area Maintain

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• 3-5 years of successful experience display experience
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience
• Bachelor’s in Merchandising, Marketing or related field
• Knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
