Visual Designer Jobs

Turnkey Direct Mail Solutions, a reputable printing company, is seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs across various print media that are both creative and effective in communicating complex messages to target audiences. As a Visual Designer, you will be working collaboratively with marketing and production teams to elevate the look, feel, and overall appeal of all our internal and external communications. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot design issues and recommend solutions to enhance the user experience
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict timelines and budgets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and creative techniques to bring new ideas and innovation to the team
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design iterations to ensure approval and stakeholder satisfaction
• Create visually appealing designs for both print and digital media, including brochures, newsletters, social media campaigns, email marketing, and infographics
• Develop and execute design concepts from ideation to final product, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute design projects that align with company objectives

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with diverse and multicultural teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and other relevant design software
• Knowledge of print production and pre-press processes
• 3+ years of experience in visual design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and branding
• BA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
