Ui / Visual Designer Jobs

• Candidates not currently located in the Greater Phoenix area will not be considered for employment. This is an in-office position. It is not remote.

We are looking for a creative full-time UI/Visual designer who can take our clients' ideas and brand to develop vibrant websites that meet their needs. You will be responsible for designing mockups and other web graphics, as well as helping oversee the implementation of the website design and working closely with our team of developers to ensure it launches smoothly. This position consists of about 85% design using Adobe Creative Cloud programs like XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator and 15% basic HTML and CSS.

Designer Duties And Responsibilities

• Making sure every page is neatly and professionally styled with supporting graphics throughout the content
• Design the homepage (desktop and mobile) utilizing Photoshop and/or Adobe XD
• Work with a collaborative team of designers and developers
• Not limited to websites; also includes a variety of digital projects for clients (social media graphics, promotional or seasonal graphics, icons, etc...)
• Complete projects on time and within budget
• Meet with the Account Manager to review the scope of each project
• Work on your own and with the team

Designer Requirements And Qualifications

• Be familiar with current web layout trends, UI/UX considerations, and mobile layout structure
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and be willing to learn more!
• Experience with WordPress
• Portfolio demonstrating versatility between web, mobile, and digital work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator)
• 1+ years of relevant design experience
• Creative and detail-oriented
