What You’ll Do

• Shoot and edit videos and photos, ranging in scale from large production shoots to “run and gun” one camera content to in-app table-top content, “hands in pans” recipe videos, social content, ads, and more.
• Push and grow our visual products with new creative. Be proactive to capture and produce self-directed or collaborative content between assigned projects.
• Work in a variety of production roles to get content out the door, including camera operation, lighting setup for both continuous and strobe, audio recording, photo retouching, and video editing.
• Capture both video and photography content in a way that engages our audience, makes food look delicious, is on-brand, and meets our high visual standards.

The Ideal Candidate

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where you will be working on multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Strong visual style and proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality images and edits.
• Ability to meet deadlines, every time.
• Proven capability in both video and photography camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording.
• 4+ years of professional experience shooting and editing food-related content.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite—Premiere, Photoshop, Media Encoder, and After Effects as well as Capture One.
• Strong knowledge of color correction, web video formats, codecs, and encoding.
• Ability to work with on-set talent, give direction, and collaborate across teams.
• Skill at crafting and editing character-driven stories that educate and entertain. Rigorous file management ethic.
• Team-oriented mindset and flexible attitude, plus a sense of humor.
• Excellent verbal communication and project organizational skills.

• A unique perspective or background that expands our team’s ability to think across cultures or disciplines.
• Experience shooting live event media and social media–formatted content.
