Vice President Service Delivery

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation and conflict-management skills
• Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques
• Intermediate Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint are required
• Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills
• Ability to effectively manage project delivery and collaborate with various technology partners and agile teams
• Experience with Microsoft Project required
• Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization
• Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Good time management skills; ability to set priorities, adapt to team needs and meet deadlines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a project manager / software lead as implementing technology based projects
• Experience in working on multiple projects at the same time

Responsibilities

• Managing onsite/offshore teams
• Previous Hands on technical knowledge.
• Financial Industry experience
• They will coordinate and onboard all technical partners
• They must be strong at anticipating and quickly resolving technology challenges in advance and are accountable for resolving blockers for the team
• P&L management
• Build relationship at CXO and other senior clients stakeholders
• Strong track record of delivery/account management
• The Delivery managers are accountable for execution and integration with all enterprise standards for project delivery
• They will facilitate meetings, write project plans and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• The Delivery Manager is responsible for technology deliverables and integration points
• Having experience of delivering Digital/Data/modernization programs – knows how to manage the emerging Tech delivery and engage with the client
