Plant Manager/VP of Manufacturing:

Our organization is looking for a Senior leader who has extensive experience in the Steel Building Manufacturing industry. The candidate we are searching for will need to be a subject matter expert on the manufacturing and plant operations processes, set-up, and growth of the Pre-Engineered Metal Building industry. This role will oversee the Plant and Manufacturing Operations. Essential Job Duties:

· Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectation through the oversight of shipping, receiving, production and maintenance of all manufacturing protocols and processes.

· Direct and support the increase of production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

· Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus

· Commit to plant safety procedures and hold others accountable for adherence

· Responsible for ensuring ISO standards and regulations are adhered to

· Work closely with all internal plant and corporate functions, including and not limited to sales, marketing, quality, procurement, finance, and human resources

· Have an entrepreneur mindset rather than an employee mindset in all you attempt.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing plant design experience
• Scheduling and inventory operations experience
• Experience managing plant operations/manufacturing operations.
• 10+ years of experience in Steel Building manufacturer industry
• Subject matter expert on how to run the day-to-day operations of plant.
