Job Description
Redaptive is seeking a Vice President of Customer Experience to lead our customer-facing CX teams and ensure that our clients receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey with us. This role will report to the Chief Experience Officer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of customer experience Directors and account managers.
  • Develop and implement a customer experience strategy that aligns with Redaptive's business objectives and ensures customer success throughout their engagement.
  • Work with clients to understand their sustainability goals, develop solutions, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead the customer-facing Customer Experience account management team as well as the internally-oriented Customer Experience Operations group to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer experience by staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and by intaking and incorporating customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline the customer experience, improve customer satisfaction, and drive efficiency.
  • Lead Redaptive's customer advisory board, including planning and executing regular meetings, gathering feedback, and driving engagement.
  • Establish and manage metrics to track customer experience and report progress to the executive team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, product, and engineering teams to identify and address customer needs and drive customer success.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Passion for sustainability and energy efficiency.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience developing and implementing customer success strategies and processes.
  • Excellent organizational design skills. Candidate will need to take enormous list of desired group functions and will need to prioritize them and structure group accordingly to efficiently execute.
  • Demonstrated success leading customer-facing enterprise focused B2B teams and achieving outstanding customer success metrics.
  • 15+ years of experience in customer experience, customer success, account management, or related roles in the technology, energy, or sustainability industries.
