Venue Coordinator Jobs

We are looking for a Venue Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for attendees and guests, including airfare, hotels, transportation, and activities. The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for travel and event planning.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed travel itineraries for both clients and guests
• Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends and industry news
• Manage and maintain social media accounts, as needed
• Coordinate travel arrangements for guests, including airfare, hotels, transportation, and activities
• Work with Clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Communicate with clients and guests to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients, guests and vendors

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivated and able to follow instructions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be a US citizen
• Experience in travel planning and coordination is a plus

This is a remote position, and the candidate must have access to a computer and internet.
