The Vendor team is looking for someone to join their team and help support vendors for over 600 company restaurants! This position will be responsible for providing legendary support to vendors/stores and tasks related to the Accounts Payable function. Responsibilities include:
  • Work with the leadership of Vendor Relations/AP regarding process improvements and implementation
  • Actively resolve vendor questions, issues, payment inquiries etc. in our ticketing system
  • Works closely with AP Support to work crossover tickets between vendors and stores
  • Process refund checks from vendors
  • Work to resolve duplicate payments
  • Complete goals/special projects related to vendors as assigned
  • Research and resolve open invoices on vendor statements
  • Assist other team members with occasional audits of store vendors
  • Communicate verbally and written with vendors

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s/Associates degree preferred, but not required
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable/Vendor Relations experience. Operations experience is a plus.
Computer Skills: Word, Intermediate Excel, Service Now ticketing system and ERP systems experience preferred
