Job Description

The Vendor Registration Specialist is responsible for handling all customer requests for company information needed for completion of all sales order processing and customer service requests.

  • Keeping track of any new information on the client’s portal
  • Delivering notifications or updates to current client statuses
  • Processing client surveys/ registration requests in a timely manner
  • Compiling company survey/ registration information, developing/ implementing an organization database for information storage
  • Consistently checking emails for new client and renewal registrations
  • Document process for information maintenance and database utilization
  • Providing support to the team with RFP tasks and assisting them with uploading required documents
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-starter
  • Strong project management ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
