Valuation Report Intern
As a Valuation Report intern, you will help manage the report ordering process for various inspection types, including appraisals, BPOs, and environmental reports, for the Credit team. In addition, you will be working closely with internal departments and external parties, including AMCs (appraisal management companies) and borrowers. Organization, timeliness, and attention to detail are key attributes for success in this position.

What You’ll Be Doing
● Assisting senior valuation professionals in managing the report ordering process.
● Ordering and reviewing appraisals, broker price opinions (BPO), environmental and property inspection reports, ALTA surveys, amongst others
● Tracking and providing updates to key stakeholders in the company and clients
● Coordinating logistical and operational complexities surrounding dates and times of inspections
● Managing and ensuring payment of invoices
● Coordinate data retrieval and input with 3rd party servicing firms
● Liaise in time-sensitive manner with external 3rd party servicing firms
● Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations
