Junior Report Writer Jobs

As an Environmental Junior Report Writer, you will work with our Environmental Report Writers to develop a thorough, accurate, and customized report for each client.

Why is this role important to us?

The Junior Report Writer is responsible for initiating each client’s report and working with the Report Writers to complete reports in a timely fashion. Utilizing our proprietary enterprise software you will organize the inspector's notes, organize lab results, and setup reports to detail out recommended next steps.

This is not a remote position. The ideal candidate will need to be onsite in San Diego and able to participate in hybrid work.

You will…

• Prepare and setup reports for each property in detail
• Provide administrative assistance to the reports team
• Review lab results from environmental samples taken from properties and upload the results into reports
• Review property data uploaded from the inspector
• Organize property information–including sampling data, specifications, and inspector notes–with clarity, conciseness, style and appropriate terminology
• Engage in continuous learning to be a leading industry expert and provide knowledgeable solutions for our customers

You have…

• Excellent command of the English language, grammar, and punctuation
• B.S., in Environmental Science or related field, preferred
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ambition for rapid career progression
• Ability to communicate effectively with remote teams
• Incredible attention to detail, effective time management, and ability to meet deadlines
