Job Description
Insituform Technologies, LLC/En-Tech is looking for an experienced Vac Truck Operator
Insituform Technologies, LLC/En-Tech, an Aegion company, is a leading worldwide provider of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and other technologies and services for the rehabilitation of pipeline systems. Insituform's businesses consist of sewer, drinking water, and energy and mining pipeline rehabilitation and protection. The company provides cost-effective solutions to remediate operational, health, regulatory and environmental problems resulting from aging and defective pipelines. Insituform's technologies allow its customers to avoid the extraordinary expense and extreme disruption that can result from traditional "dig and replace" methods.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Vactor 2100 series truck.
  • Clean and vacuum pipes and boxes for clients.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and submit it each day and/or week.
  • Survey pipes for clients.
  • Clean and vacuum pipes for CCTV Crews.
  • Open and close storm grates and sewer manholes.
Qualifications:
  • Must know how to operate a Vactor 2100 series truck.
  • Need to know how to read and understand maps and blueprints.
  • Underground utility construction experience is preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with field equipment maintenance.
  • Must know how to use different pressures.
  • 6+ months experience with operating and driving Vac truck required.
  • Must be willing to work in confined spaces.
  • Must be willing to travel Monday thru Friday in the state of Florida.
  • Clean driving record required.
  • Must have class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement and current medical card.
