Job Description

UX Writer, you will be working closely with the UX team, Product Managers, Sales, and Marketing to ensure that the user-centric content is implemented throughout the application

Description

.Responsibilities
  • Monitor user behavior and feedback, assist in competitive research to identify areas of improvements, and make recommendations for ideal content.
  • Offer consultation for the team on content related queries.
  • Work on innovative new features and content for the application and new audiences.
  • Audit the existing offerings with the customer in mind and identify areas of content improvement.
  • Write easy-to-understand instructions that explain and guide users through various online tasks as effortlessly and frictionlessly as possible.
  • Provide recommendations for the right language and tone.
  • Create and manage content guidelines and glossaries.
  • Provide support during UAT to validate that the correct grammar, style and tone is maintained throughout the service experience.
  • Represent the user and advocate for empathy and clarity while balancing the negotiation of priorities and business goals.
