Job Description
The Judicial Council seeks the services of one (1) Sr. Business Systems Analyst consultant to facilitate the user experience, usability, and design research for the statewide Self Help Guide to the California Courts and other self-help services.
This Senior Business Systems Analyst, under direction of Judicial Council management and staff, will lead user experience research, working with the digital services and self-help teams to identify user needs, define research questions, plan, design, and carry out qualitative and mixed methods studies, synthesize and report findings, and make recommendations based on findings, aimed at improving the depth and breadth of services targeting self-represented California court users.
