Ux Researcher Jobs

Out entertainment client is looking for a passionate and talented mid-level UX Researcher for an ongoing contract. As a UX Researcher, you will be a crucial member of their team responsible for shaping the strategy of their website redesign. You will be working closely with product and design teams to conduct research that will inform and improve the user experience of the company website. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of user behavior. This Associate level position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring 2 days per week in their Philadelphia, PA office.
Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the product and design teams to ideate and prototype new features and enhancements based on research insights
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX research methods and tools, and share your knowledge with the team to continually improve our processes
• Conduct user research using a variety of methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points
• Develop and implement a user testing plan to validate design decisions and ensure that the website meets user needs
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to develop insights that will inform the website redesign strategy
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure that website content is engaging and relevant to the target audience

Qualifications:

• Ability to analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• At least 3 years of experience conducting UX research for websites
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
• Proficiency in conducting user research using a variety of methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch
• Passion for entertainment and a deep understanding of the entertainment industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
