Patient Advocacy: UR Health Care Professionals advocate for patients by ensuring they receive the appropriate care needed for their condition. They help prevent under- or over-utilization of services, ensuring that patients' health needs are met.

Optimized Patient Care: By reviewing treatment plans and medical records, our HCPs ensure that patients receive the right level of care at the right time. This leads to optimized patient outcomes, as individuals receive timely and appropriate interventions, leading to better health and faster recovery.

Streamlined Communication and Coordination: Our HCPs act as a bridge between healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients. Their role involves clear communication of treatment plans and coordination of care, promoting effective collaboration among stakeholders.

This position is based in our San Jose, CA office and has an attractive schedule of Monday-Friday during normal work hours. No weekends or holidays!

Requirements:

• Possess one of the following certifications: (RN, DC, PT, DPT, LVN, OT, LAc).
• Knowledgeable with computer programs (MS Word, MS Excel, Email) and toggling between multiple screens.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• 1 year of clinical experience

Physical Requirements: Candidate must be able to sit the majority of an 8-hour day except for lunch and break times. Candidate must be able to keyboard the majority of an 8-hour day except for lunch and break times. Candidate must have manual dexterity. Candidate must be able to speak on the telephone intermittently throughout the day. Candidate must be able to read and write English fluently.
