Physical Requirements:
Physical Demands (must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation):

• Ability to use full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists, excellent eye to hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
• Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfaces
• Ability to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation, and work off platforms and equipment at significant heights
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head
• Lift and move totes or cartons up to 50 pounds
• Walking within and around the site with great frequency

The anticipated rate for this position is $17.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 120 hours per year, including 56 hours of Floating Holidays and paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. The Company observes two (2) Company paid holidays.
