Out of the Bubble Bakery is an allergy-friendly bakery-cafe, dedicated to crafting safe, delectable, and artistic desserts. We are mostly vegan, and completely dairy-free and nut-free. We are looking for careful, energetic, organized, and detailed oriented personal to join our team. It is preferable that the candidate has experience working with food allergies. A Servsafe food allergy certification will be required for all employees regardless of position. Candidates must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds. The job requires standing, walking, bending, the ability to lift, stack, and maneuver heavy objects.

Dishwasher

Hours: Part-time, 330pm – 800pm, Tuesday – Saturdays and Sundays 930am – 4pm

Pay: From $12.50 per hour, plus tips

Dishwasher Job Responsibilities:

• Keeps inventory of cleaning supplies, hand soaps, and paper goods.
• Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes trash and recycle.
• Maintains clean dining areas and bathrooms. Keeps bathrooms and sinks supplied with hand soap and paper towels.
• Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes. Keeps dish area organized.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Assist in receiving inventory.
• Properly washes, stacks, and stores dishes.
• Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
• Assists in the timely storage of food.
• Changes water of machines and sinks as required, and properly uses chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing.
• Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.

Physical Requirements

• Contribute to a positive team environment
• In an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 6-8 hours.
• Punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Work weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching.
