We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team.

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring that the dish area is set up according to Health Department and Townsend Hotel Specifications.

You will also ensure that the kitchen and dish station follow state and federal health compliance laws.

As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen and restaurant.

Your duties will include emptying and cleaning the dish machine and dish area, leaving the area clean, dry, and sanitized with all plate ware, glassware, and equipment restocked to appropriate areas.

You will also maintain and monitor the kitchen, service alley, and the employee break room for cleanliness and adhering to proper sanitation standards.

In addition to dishwashing duties, you will also be responsible for ensuring that trash is emptied, tables and chairs are cleaned, napkin holders are filled, plates, cups, utensils, condiments are stocked, and any necessary materials required to maintain compliance are restocked.

You will also eliminate all waste materials through the correct avenue.

To be successful in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work as part of a team. You should also be able to consult with Chefs for food preparation.
