Responsibilities – Used Car Sales Manager:

  • Hands-on closing deals on the sales floor
  • Used Car Sales Manager must be a strong closer and willing to engage customers early in the process
  • Manages vehicle inventory and reconditioning of trade-ins
  • Responsible for all used car sales at the dealership
  • Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, and gross on a monthly and annual basis
  • Appraises incoming used cars

Qualifications/Requirements – Used Car Sales Manager:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry
  • Must pass pre-employment screening
  • Auction experience is a plus but not required
  • New or Used Car Sales Management experience required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Positive team management/motivation skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, written, and oral
