Overview
The Sr. Associate, Digital Marketing will be responsible for executing and analyzing digital marketing strategies, as well as monitoring day to day management of the Urban Outfitters search (paid and organic) and display programs. This person will partner with cross-functional teams such as internal analytics, creative and merchandising teams, and external agencies to analyze campaign data and derive conclusions and actionable insights to improve program performance. This role will be responsible for maintaining and profitably scaling marketing efforts, as well as identifying new areas for efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Digital Marketing Manager in building channel strategies and corresponding budgets based on business needs.
  • Work closely with internal creative teams, generating regular creative requests, providing data-driven recommendations based on channel best practices.
  • Report on portfolio performance daily, develop reporting and optimization processes to effectively assess progress and opportunities across various campaigns.
  • Partner with display and search agency partners to execute day-to-day channel optimizations including ad/creative rotations, budget reallocations, and campaign optimizations.
  • Work closely with analytics team to refine reporting, and develop insights-driven strategies based on channel performance.
Qualifications
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing competing or cross channel priorities.
  • Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally with various teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of paid search, organic search, and display marketing channels with experience managing programs to a profitable ROI
  • Takes initiative and tackles problems.
  • Experience with GoogleAds, SA360 or similar platforms
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, in-house or agency
  • Proficient in excel and data analysis and visualization with additional exposure to Tableau.
