Job Description
:
The Unit Secretary is responsible for providing the department with the clerical support necessary to ensure a smoothly functioning unit. The Unit Secretary works in partnership and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, toward the end of providing quality patient care and enhanced communications.
Education:
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent – Preferred
Experience:
  • 1 year Experience in Clerical and/or Healthcare or related education/training in Healthcare - Required
Additional Experience Requirements:
  • Medical Terminology - Preferred
Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
  • Knowledge of medical terminology through experience or completion of a course.
Work Shift:
08.0 - 07:00 - 15:30 (United States of America)
Pay Range:
$32.35 - $40.79
Hourly
Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
