What We Offer:

Excellent Compensation: ($18 - $20 / Hr. Based on availability and experience)

Training & Mentorship

What You’ll Do:

· Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of client properties and report any suspicious activity.

· Use de-escalation techniques to diffuse potential conflicts or confrontations.

· Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

· Write detailed reports of incidents and maintain accurate logs of all activities.

· Respond to emergency situations and follow company protocols.

· Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and fellow team members.

· Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

· Work indoors and outdoors, and at sites with no working facilities (Use portable restrooms).

What we Require:

· Comfortable working in all weather conditions.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

· Ability to pass a background check.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Valid driver's license.

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Unarmed security experience desired but not required.
