Unarmed Security Guard Jobs

We are seeking a full-time unarmed security guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients. This position/post will be located in a residential community. The ideal candidate must be professional, well groomed, and have the ability to enforce community rules and guidelines as well as establish good relationships with community residents and the property management team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written communication, verbal communication, and observational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Alert the appropriate personnel or authorities in the event of suspicious or criminal activities.
• Following all security protocols and procedures established by the company.
• Provide surveillance of the premises by conducting regular patrols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and observations during the shift.
• Keep a professional demeanor and appearance while on the job.
• Investigate and report incidents, such as theft, property damage, and accidents.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid, as necessary.
• Monitor and control access to the community by assisting guest with entry as needed.
• Preventing illegal or inappropriate actions by maintaining a high visibility presence.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule Including some weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be well groomed and professional.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
• Ability to remain calm and respond quickly in emergency situations.
• Must Have a valid D-License.
• Minimum 1 year security experience

This is a full-time position (40 hrs. per week). The successful candidate will be expected to work weekends and holidays if needed. Compensation will be based on experience and availability.
