We are currently seeking Turndown Attendants to join our team! The role of the Turndown Attendant is to provide a unique, specialized turn service by straightening accommodation, replacing used items, replenishing amenities, illuminating accommodation for a comfortable bedtime ambiance, and providing turndown gift from the resort each night.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace appropriately.
• Assist in public area cleaning, home, and camp cleaning, or any assignment requested.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of visited rooms/homes.
• Follow assigned turndown instructions and meet deadlines.
• Refresh luxury homes, glamping tents, and other accommodations by removing trash, replenishing towels, washing dishes, cleaning and tidying areas, replacing amenities, turndown beds, and placing the accommodation in turndown status.
• Ensure all homes and rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Stock homes, tents, and/or areas with all necessary supplies while continuously keeping all work areas clean and organized.
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including but not limited to sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, polishing, vacuuming, and shampooing.
• Converse with the guests at a high level, being aware of their needs and fulfill special guest requests as instructed by management or the guest directly.
• Operate within various housekeeping teams to achieve an exceptional level of efficiency and quality as they relate to housekeeping and turndown services.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet company driving policy
• Proven customer services skills, communication skills and organizational skills
• Previous general cleaning experience
• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related coursework
