Drive penetration of Treasury Management services forward for U.S. Bank! We’re looking for a dynamic customer solution professional with deep experience in payments. Someone who can facilitate expeditious movement along the sales cycle from client interest to commitment to buy by actively engaging and advising clients on technical and product solutioning in the large corporate space.

Builds customer confidence in our company's solutions and addresses all objections/concerns from prospective customers throughout the sales cycle. Functional responsibilities may include pre-proposal discussions with potential customers either in person or via conference call, developing and delivering customized client proposals, demonstrations, and presentations, assisting in proposal preparation, pricing recommendations and implementation support.

Demonstrated success in building internal and external relationships and to provide solution and product/process expertise. The individual will also engage with product management teams to deliver continuous improvement on sales tools and materials, ensuring US Bank can put its best foot forward on every deal.

This opportunity is a hybrid working model. Employees in a hybrid working model are expected to be in office about 3 days a week. 20-35% Travel within the U.S. is to be expected.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Partner closely with sales and product executives to plan and support complex corporate sales opportunities
  • Be the subject matter expert that engages with clients to chart the path for sales success and a smooth implementation
  • Successfully match client pain points/business problems to proposed solutions
  • Support clients throughout sales process from initial intent through contract presentment
  • Facilitate solution demonstrations
  • Strong grasp of core and emerging payments; ACH, wires, payables optimization, card
  • Excellent presentation, training, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Collect and understand the market landscape to position US Bank favorably against industry competition

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Specialized knowledge of products and solutions in primary area of responsibility as well as related products and solutions offered by other business lines
  • Expert proficiency demonstrating complex/software-based solutions
  • Demonstrated consultative, solutions-based selling background and experience
  • Proficient technical and analytical acumen
  • Proficient in working effectively with a variety of function groups to assemble customer solutions

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong grasp of core and emerging payments; ACH, wires, payables optimization, card required
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of demonstrated consultative, solutions-based sales experience preferably in selling multiple, complex integrated solutions to a variety of customers

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $131,240.00 - $154,400.00 - $169,840.00
