Treasury Analyst Jobs

We’re looking for a Treasury Analyst to join Procore’s Global Treasury Team! This position reports into our Sr Manager of Treasury and can be based out of any of our US offices or remotely within the US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Manage cash position, make recommendations to optimize cash and short-term investments as well as adequate funding of domestic and global accounts
• Compile data for and file necessary forms related to FBAR
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports/presentations related to cash, investments, or debt
• Assist in implementation of a Treasury Management System
• Assist with banking services implementation, modification, and ongoing KYC compliance and signer updates
• Assist in developing company’s FX risk management strategy
• Maintain records related to banking, internal and external audits, and investments.
• Assist in issuance and maintenance of Letters of Credit
• Serve as the primary administrator for online banking platforms including creating user profiles, setting-up user entitlements, and initiating cash transfers.
• Conduct banking fee analysis and recommend cost containment strategies related to bank account structures and services

What we’re looking for:

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred, but not required
• 3+ years of professional experience in treasury operations, banking, cash/investment management
• Working knowledge of spreadsheet and presentation applications, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Clearwater, Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
• Naturally curious problem solver
• Ability to work independently, take initiative on assignments and projects, and problem-solve within a team environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or closely related field
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing across all levels
