About Our Client
Our client is a design-build commercial construction manager and General Contractor headquartered Wisconsin. They serve many industry sectors for commercial construction projects including education, healthcare, hospitality, multi-family & senior living, grocery, office and retail.
They have one of the best packages you're going to find. Offering an annual bonus, project specific bonus, and Lead Generation bonuses on top of a industry leading base salary with a company truck and gas card provided.

  • Utilize Procore
  • Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Travel required
  • Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
  • Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
  • Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
  • Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
  • Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
  • Maintain OSHA requirements
  • Mentor less experienced construction professionals

The Successful Applicant
  • Ground Up Commercial construction Project Experience
  • Ability to create strong relationships with clients
  • Light industrial, distribution, PEMB, warehouse or similar type projects highly preferred!
  • Technical Savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus
  • Wanting 50% or more Travel
  • Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors
