As an Adventure Guide, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting the ultimate Adventures by Disney experience. You'll be more than just a guide; you'll be a storyteller, a facilitator of discovery, and a purveyor of the renowned Disney Difference VIP treatment. Collaborating closely with your fellow co-Guide, you'll make sure every moment is themed to perfection, hassle-free, and filled with excitement.
What You'll Do
Be the go-to source of destination information, providing Guests with a uniquely Disney experience that's seamless and unforgettable.
Bring the destination to life through captivating storytelling, engaging presentations, and thoughtful interactions.
Ensure that all trip logistics run like clockwork, from transportation and entertainment to meals and accommodations.
Act as a bridge between Guests and vendors, guaranteeing satisfaction and catering to special requests.
Keep Guests in the loop with daily itineraries and be ready to adapt to changes with grace.
Foster connections among travelers and manage group dynamics to create an incredible sense of community.
Handle unforeseen situations with poise, ensuring Guest safety and comfort.
Oversee trip budgets, manage supplies, and handle administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.
Embrace a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Participate enthusiastically in itinerary-based activities, making memories alongside our Guests.
What You'll Need
Basic Qualifications:
A passion for travel, adventure, and cultural immersion.
Proven experience in guest-facing roles within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industries.
Flexibility to work during peak travel season and attend new hire orientation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage travel-related challenges.
Confidence to represent our brand with minimal supervision.
Willingness to be away from home base for extended periods.
Ability to carry out physical tasks and participate in activities with Guests.
Exceptional communication skills and comfort speaking in front of groups.
Strong guest service skills and a natural talent for engaging with people from all walks of life.
Enthusiasm for creating magical moments and connecting with Guests on a personal level.
Capability to handle unexpected situations and make quick decisions.
Proficiency with electronic devices and communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of specific locations that align with our travel destinations.
Experience in guest relations and conflict resolution.
