Travel Agent Jobs

On travel time is currently seeking to hire Travel Agents to work remotely, booking travels/vacations. You will work with multiple Vendors/Suppliers to book; hotels, cruises, transportation, airfare, leisure activities and more!

Our team works across the United States and Mexico, in multiple time zones, allowing for flexible work schedules. You will have the ability to set your own hours while working from any location of choosing. There is access to daily training, specialized certifications and you will have the ability to earn discounts and travel perks such as commission on your own travel/vacation bookings!

Responsibilities/Roles:

• Review Clients travel/vacation requirements and budget and plan their travels accordingly based on the Clients needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to the Clients at all times.
• Effectively communicate with Clients after their travels to ensure that they enjoyed every aspect of their travel/vacation and to obtain any reviews/information you can use to help book future travels for them or other Clients.
• Create/execute exceptional itineraries for Clients which could include: small overviews or completely detailed depending on the Clients needs.
• Monitor travel restrictions for Clients.
• Work with Google products (Google docs, Google forms, Google sheets) to obtain and send documents through the Business and to Clients.
• Extra certifications are available so you can broaden your skill set of the Business.
• Be available 24/7 during a Client's trip/vacation in case something occurs and the Client needs you. This could include: rescheduling, rebooking, helping with travel insurance, working with Vendor/Supplier customer support (advocating on behalf of the Client).
• Ongoing training with Vendors/Suppliers so you're up-to-date to book travel.
• Network with tour operators in regards to packages that you could offer a Client.
• Complete training to gain your Certification to book travel.
• Book all travel needs of the Clients that could include: airfare, transportation, hotels, cruises, special events, theme parks and more.
• Effectively communicate with Clients before their travels to ensure they have everything they need for their travel/vacation.
