Travel Agent And Booking Specialist Remote

Our agency is looking for individuals that are excited and motivated to book travel for clients! As a Travel Agent & Booking Specialist, you should be passionate about seeing the world and helping others do the same. You will be responsible to communicate with your clients and fulfill their every experience with you! We are our clients backbone before, during, and after their trip. Are you ready to create the best experiences for others?

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Book all travel needs including airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc.
• Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients.
• Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travel.
• Review individuals needs and wants for travel, to ensure you can cater to their very needs!
• Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel.
• Create promotional materials to utilize for clients..
• Research, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clients.

Requirements

• Must be able to effectively communicate with clients.
• Must have a computer with internet access.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or Mexico
