Job Description

Our trademark law firm is looking to add to our paralegal team. This position is fully remote.


Position Duties:

  1. Draft trademark filings.
  2. Conduct trademark searches.
  3. Manage trademark case dockets.
  4. Manage trademark filing dockets.
  5. Research answers to client questions.
  6. Prepare communications for attorneys to review.
  7. Light administrative duties (e.g. assisting with mailings, calendaring calls for attorneys, etc.).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate

Skills:

  • Google Apps (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs)
  • Latest version of Microsoft Word/Excel (either desktop or Office 365 version)
  • Customer service
  • 2+ years prior experience as a trademark paralegal.
  • Learning in a fast-paced environment
