We are looking for an Engagement Manager or a Senior Consultant based in California, Pennsylvania or Texas ready to join our life sciences practice with a unique growth opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Lead consulting projects for Life Sciences clients focused on M&A, process improvements, technology implementations, or data analysis in the Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, or Labeling Operations
- Pursue opportunities to develop existing and new client relationships
- Experience with Tableau (additional BI tools would be beneficial) - Design and build new custom Tableau dashboards to meet customer requirements. A creative approach will be required for some projects, where a detailed understanding of Tableau would be a key advantage.
- Manage projects related to process transformation, operational improvements, and organizational redesign
- Plan and contribute to multiple programs and across work streams effectively.
- Provide oversight of client and Kamet Consulting Group’s engagement teams throughout the project lifecycle and help ensure timely execution of project deliverables
- Facilitate engagement decisions, including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation, and career development of team members
Key Skills
- Competencies with Powerpoint and advanced Excel
- Understanding of data visualization best practices
- Adept at conducting research
- Experience with operational process improvement, M&A, or organizational transformation initiatives in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry is preferred
- Self motivated
- Strong understanding of Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Labeling related data models and document structures is preferred
- Ability to work in an agile environment and critical thinking while working with customers to deliver the final solution
Required Qualifications:
- Prior consulting experience especially leading projects within M&A, Regulatory Affairs, Labeling, and Supply Chain is preferred
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future and the ability to travel as necessary
- Minimum of four to six years of work experience related to the Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, Supply Chain, or Labeling Operations within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry
