Summary:
The drivers responsibilities include but not limited to maintaining the cleanliness of the truck, getting to customers in a timely manner, collect payments and submitting daily, provide receipts, and maintain call log in system.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience in light duty mechanical work helpful.
- Must be available weekends and evenings and able to work 12-hour shifts.
- Customer service focused, ability to develop relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Experience towing with a good safety record and good interpersonal skills.
- Must possess and retain a clean driver's license.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
- Self -motivated, positive attitude, with a customer focused vision
- Knowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently
- Automotive repair experience preferred but not required
- 1-year towing experience required
- High school diploma or GED required - must be at least age 21.
- Ability to learn and understand collision repair processes and terminology
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Travel may be required
- Requires frequent driving, must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds independently
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass DMV check
- Required to wear PPE to include but not limited to eye protection, and gloves
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
- May have exposure to fumes, dust, and chemicals
- Ability to work in inclement weather
