Relentless Recovery, Inc has an immediate opening for a Repossession Agent in a Tow Truck.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and experience with repossession procedures. You should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be comfortable working independently. We are seeking an experienced professional recovery agent with a proven track record to fill this position. Strong working knowledge of RDN, Clearplan, and all other standard industry tools are a must.

This position will be solely responsible for maintaining a relatively small zone that receives a high volume of quality work.

This position sets their own hours and does not share a truck, must have ability to effectively self manage time. We do not micromanage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Securing the vehicle to the tow truck
• Transporting vehicle to the secure storage facility
• Completing proper paperwork
• Coordinating with recovery agents to complete recovery of repossessed vehicle
• Driving to location of repossession
• Photographing the vehicle while on the hook
• Completing pre and post trip inspections compliant with DOT regulations
• Ability to use computers is a must
• May include; using a chain, winch, steering locks, dollies, straps, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs

• Ability to operate under pressure

• Position is primarily outdoors in all weather conditions*

Mandatory

• Clean Driving Record AND A VALID STATE ISSUED DRIVER'S LICENSE:

• No prior suspensions, no DUI, no OVI, no speeding tickets of 15+. If any of these apply to you, do not apply to this position, as we will not make an exception to these rules.
