We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Global Brand Marketing Operations Sr Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing marketing operations processes, driving process improvements, and facilitating effective project status communications across our global brand marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand managers, creative teams, project managers, and regional marketing teams, to streamline workflows and ensure transparent communication. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Project Management: Ability to assess and communicate project timelines, supporting project managers as needed to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for marketing operations activities as needed.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Support brand management assessment of project performance metrics by setting expectations on performance delivery timelines as needed.
- Deliverable Management: Support project managers and brand managers to consistently publish and communicate final deliverables in a timely manner.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as brand managers, creative teams, project managers, and regional marketing teams, to support development of strategic plans including project facilitation, and ensuring alignment on project objectives and timelines as needed.
- Project Status Communications: Develop and implement communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and potential bottlenecks. Ensure timely and transparent communication across cross-functional teams.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance marketing operations processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and improve overall effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of process improvement initiatives.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation, influential leadership, negotiations and presentations.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- BA or BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in marketing operations, process improvement, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Experience in project management tools (e.g. Wrike) and collaboration platforms (e.g. Slack, Box, Zoom) in addition to Microsoft Office.
