Job Description
As a Title Officer, you will be responsible for examining title searches and resolving any issues that arise
•
You will work closely with our clients, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure a smooth closing process
•
Review and analyze title searches to identify any title issues
•
Resolve title issues by working with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys
•
Prepare and review title commitments and policies
•
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate title production
•
Communicate with clients and customers to answer questions and provide updates on title issues
•
Stay up-to-date with changes in title insurance regulations and industry standards
•
Maintain accurate records and documentation
