Key Responsibilities:
- Support in testing for any new implementations or added features to the ADP eTIme system
- Daily review of interface import logs and perform corrective entries resulting from Transaction Assistant errors
- Point of contact for system and access questions
- Point of contact for time & attendance questions
- Regulatory and Adhoc reporting
- Troubleshoot issues pertaining to the use of the ADP eTime system
- Balance, review and approve processed totals from payroll team
- Provide audit support
- Support in maintaining employee data to ensure system access and time recording method
- Statutory, vendor and union reporting, as needed
- Work Time and Attendance related tickets
- Creation of hyperfind queries as needed
- Bi-Weekly timecard period-close activities to include extracting and balancing payroll extract files
- Payroll Support
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- essential for collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills to include complex pivot tables and formulas as well as vlookups.
- 2+ years advanced ADP eTIME or Kronos database support in a customer facing role.
- Detailed oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Vendor management skills and ability to govern payroll processes.
