Job Description


Support lab management team in a Tier 1 and 2 role as a systems administrator setting up accounts, imaging laptops, workstations, and servers, helping end user developers with issues with their equipment including the above plus MiFis. Work will include creating network white and blacklists, patching, and supporting security vulnerability mitigation.
Additional duties will include supporting LAN room maintenance including removing, configuring, and installing servers, switches, SANs, and UPSs. Work is normally Monday - Friday in the window of 0700-1800. Work may be required after hours and on weekends for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. Work is primarily on site with possibility for occasional remote work.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
IT centric technical training, education, or degree is needed to be successful.
Experience with Windows, Linux,
Experience with setting up Active Directory and Kerberos
Experience with imaging laptops and workstations
Experience setting up and managing backups
Ability to lift 50 lbs minimum and to rack servers, SANs, switches, and UPSs.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
BS in Computer Science is preferred. Substitution with substantial IT experience may be approved by the customer.
Experience with MAC, iOS, and Android operating systems is preferred.
Experience with network cabling and labeling
Experience in a help desk tier 1 role
ITIL training is a plus

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70516 - $119891
