Vice President of Vaccines and Respiratory- Top-5 CRO- Fully Remote

A market-leading CRO is looking for an experienced Vice President to lead the Infectious Diseases, Vaccines, and Respiratory Therapeutic Area Strategy. They currently operate globally across all phases, collaborating with high numbers of biotech and pharma sponsors.

In this position, you will be leading the therapeutic area strategy, providing insights on clinical trials' long-term plans and direction, and being the first point of contact for sponsors. You will also apply your people management expertise, with a group of 5 to 6 medical directors.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Strong Business Acumen and the capacity of liaising with sponsors to agree on Medical Strategy and participate to bid defense meetings.
• Extensive previous experience in Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, or Pharmacovigilance in Infectious diseases, Immunology, Respiratory, and Vaccines Trials
• MD+ specialist training in the therapeutic area (Ph.D., fellowship, board certification, or other)
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in Business Development, Project Management, and Pharmacovigilance
