Director, Apparel Merchandising
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement promoting professional growth and development of the team.

- Manage short, mid and long-term projects while providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Drive Segmentation at Consumer, Category, Channel and Tier level to create necessary distinction for sustainable growth.
- Participate in the cross functional Go-To-Market work stream, ensuring seasonal vision is brought to life in store and online.
- Develop high performing talent in direct reports.
- Lead and Deliver on a Product Merchandising strategy for Apparel Categories that drives growth and revenue in Direct to Consumer, Across Channel and within Accounts while also growing the shared global assortment between all regions.
- Develops management and leadership capabilities in others.
- Build regional assortment plans in partnership w/ regional Planning.
- Inspire confidence across the brand, demonstrating expertise, consumer, and market.
- Driving key initiatives to support the franchise management and 3-year planning.
- Ensure clarity of written line plans and briefs reflect marketplace opportunities balanced with brand right business decisions.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of consumer, marketplace, product, and competitor insights to provide long term vision and framework to seasonal line plans.
- Gather market research and interpret opportunities (competitive analysis/comps shops) to align on seasonal opportunities.
- Provide strategic direction, leadership, mentorship, and inspiration to a diverse team of product managers to deliver industry leading solutions.
- Reconcile assortment and line plans with regional merchandising financial plans at key milestones to ensure alignment.
- Participate in business planning, targeting, and seasonal planning.
- Champions a work environment that supports teamwork, inclusion, and respect.
- 10+ years of experience in apparel as a business leader with major business driving functions including product management, merchandising, or product development
- You have a strong instinct and passion for product, blending art and science with a consumer centric approach to decision making

- Experience in retail sales analysis and interpretation of data to identify opportunities.
