Deacero USA, a leader in the mining and metals industry, is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and managing customer relationships within a specified geographic region. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and improve customer experience
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Attend trade shows as directed.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients
- Perform dealer field days as directed by the Sales Manager.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and updates to management
- Other projects and assignments as directed by Management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Control travel expenses and remain within established budgets.
- Travel as required for face-to-face sales visits on a regular basis.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay informed on market changes
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the region
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Previous agricultural sales experience
- 5+ years of successful sales experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
