Job Description
Deacero USA, a leader in the mining and metals industry, is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and managing customer relationships within a specified geographic region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with a strong reputation for quality and innovation.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and improve customer experience
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Attend trade shows as directed.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients
  • Perform dealer field days as directed by the Sales Manager.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and updates to management
  • Other projects and assignments as directed by Management.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
  • Control travel expenses and remain within established budgets.
  • Travel as required for face-to-face sales visits on a regular basis.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay informed on market changes
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the region
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Previous agricultural sales experience
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
